Framed in solid oak, this stained glass panel is illuminated by a battery-powered LED allowing the colors and textures of this piece to be brightly illuminated. Easily mounted on the wall, used as a night light, placed on a bookshelf or set on any flat surface, this stained glass lighted box allows you to have a fully illuminated stained glass window without needing an actual window! No sunlight needed for this to light up your space! A small recessed switch lets you easily turn the light on or off.
The stained glass panel is composed of two stylized comets moving past each other with their tails streaking behind them; looks great even when not back-lit.
Like all of my items, this panel is unique and designed and made by me. The stained glass panel is constructed using the copper foil and solder technique such as used in the construction of Tiffany glass lamps. Each panel is then given a patina and hand-polished.
Easy to mount with hardware already installed.
